    All products at Philosophy Collection Studio are made to order.
    This means each item is produced specifically after your purchase is placed.

    Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • change of mind

    • incorrect size selected at checkout

    • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

    • minor color differences between screen and print

    Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details carefully before ordering.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Include:

    • your order number

    • a short description of the issue

    • clear photos of the product and packaging

    If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

    • a replacement
      or

    • a refund

    Lost Packages

    If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and production partner to resolve the issue.
