    Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

    We do not receive or store your full payment card details.


    Production

    Many products are produced specifically after an order has been placed through our trusted production partner, Printful.

    Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary during busy periods.

    For Original Art works this differ, but you will be always in direct contact with the owner of PHC studio 


    Shipping & Delivery

    Orders are carefully prepared before leaving either our studio or our trusted production partner.

    Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed, as delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.


  • All products at PHC Art studio are made to order.

    This means each item is produced specifically after your purchase is placed.

    Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size selected at checkout

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

    • Minor colour differences between screen and print

    Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of both the product and its packaging

    If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund

    Lost Packages

    If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

    We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    Colour Disclaimer

    Actual product colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.


    EU Consumer Information

    Products produced specifically after an order is placed may be exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer legislation.

    This applies to our made-to-order and personalised products.

    Where applicable, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
